Jones Cup 2023 Live Updates, Standings, Schedule and Live Stream Information. Following a 3-year break due to COVID-19 pandemic, the R. William Jones Cup, an international basketball tournament hosted by the Chinese Taipei Basketball Association since 1977, is making its return. The 42nd William Jones Cup is scheduled to take place at Taipei Heping Basketball Gymnasium in Taipei City from August 5 to 9 for the women's event, while the men's event will start from August 12 to 20, 2023. The team with the best win-loss record after the single round-robin will be declared the champion. Jones Cup 2023 Game Tickets can be bought on the ticketing platform ERA Ticket.
The Gilas Pilipinas Women (1-4) finished 5th overall in the 6-team women's division, while PBA's Rain or Shine Elasto Painters will represent the Philippines in the 9-team men's division. The Yeng Guiao-mentored RoS-Pilipinas team will be reinforced by naturalized Filipino Ange Kouame and import Nick Evans.
