Barangay Ginebra forward and nine-time champion Joe Devance, a former member of the Aces and Llamados/Coffee Mixers/Hotshots, reacts to Alaska's dominant game against powerhouse San Miguel and posted on his official twitter (@jdv_38): "I know exactly how San Miguel feels! After San Mig Coffee won 4 straight championships its really hard to stay hungry and focused. With a team as talented as San Miguel im sure they will make their way back to the top. Congrats to Alaska they are playing great basketball!".
The Aces eliminated the Beermen from the 2018 PBA Governors' Cup at the Cuneta Astrodome on Wednesday to advance to the semifinals and will await the winner of Phoenix-Meralco QF series. While Ginebra will face Magnolia in the "Manila Clasico" best-of-5 semifinals.
