WBC lightweight champion Edwin Valero (25-0, 25KOs) is ready for Saturday's title defense against Hector Velazquez (51-13-2) at El Nuevo Circo in Caracas, Venezuela. Valero is finishing up his training and preparing himself to make the weight. Beyond the defense againt Velazquez, he will face Antonio DeMarco on February 6 in Mexico.

    Malakas manuntok, kulang lang sa footwork. Never been tested with fast hard hitting guys.

    hmmm nice record 25/25 KO, if you will watch the video closely, you will notice that valero does not have good footwork and a very awkward puncher. Sometimes he slaps not punch. Nice to know that there is a boxer like valero that "could" be a potential treath to Manny. Still valero have much to prove in order to reach the level of Manny.

    wala tong si valero kung lalaban kay pacquiao! haha tignan nyu sumuntok si valero! sobrang wide sumuntok! madali maka ilag! mabagal pa! kayang kaya to ni manny! iikutan lang ni manny yan e! haha tsaka sa experience ni manny kahit pa bakal kamao nyan di tutumba si pacquiao dyan..bigatin na si manny ngayun sobra! pound for pound na lagi kalaban!
