"Abot ko nga ba ang mundo?"
Having subscribed to Smart Bro a few years back, I decided to switch to Globe Broadband.. (1MBPs internet bundled with a Globe landline)...
It was last week (May 30) when a tech guy from Innove Communications (wholly-owned subsidiary of Globe Telecom) arrived to install my Globe landlines w/ internet, I was very excited "1MBPS ba naman ang speed ng internet ko.. edi ayos!!". But a day later, my nightmare arrives, my connection is not stable, it connects for a minute, then disconnects... Last June 4, one tech Guy from Innove arrived here to check my internet connection problem... but luckily for him my internet connection was stable while he was here..(about 20 minutes, kaya wala syang ginawa!! kasi okay naman daw!) but after an hour the nightmare continues... I dialed 171 for Tech Support over the phone..

sh*t!!....
and until now June 10 my internet is not stable... I keep on calling customer service representative but all they can say is..
Sorry for the inconvenience, Sir I will make a report regarding this instance, I will coordinate with the tech... Pasensiya na sir.

Anyone with Globe Broadband problem, my suggestion is to write to NTC and email the Philippine Daily Inquirer. Its publication will shame Globe. Yun lang naman protection natin as consumers since NTC is not so quick to act on our complaints.
